Leaders and teams need to share a strategy.
Something more than an annual offsite or a set of slides. Something that doesn’t just appear when there’s an all-hands or showcase and then disappear, out of sight, out of mind.
We think a strategy should be more than this. By reframing it as something that continuously connects the plans of leaders to the insights of teams, we seek to design more responsive organisations.
Because strategy isn’t about going through the motions. It’s about leaders and teams holding an intent, being empowered to act, and finding out what works together.

Imagine an organisation as a simple piece of fabric
It has several vertical or ‘warp’ threads: workstreams. Along these workstreams, leaders and teams go about their daily tasks - listing priorities, assisting people, writing prompts, snacking, closing projects.
Work gets done, but over time leaders’ plans become disconnected from teams’ insights and ideas. So what can integrate the streams?
A single horizontal or a ‘weft’ thread: a strategy. Conceived as a single flow of intelligence running over and under each workstream, holding and strengthening them all through repeated contact.
Our brand mark is a nod to this vision of what a strategy can be.

How we weave
We use conversation and materialisation to design strategies that are more meaningful and tangible, facilitating leaders to create plans and teams to improve them.
When we do this, our clients are able to thread a strategy through their whole organisation, pulling together everyone’s work so it has greater impact.
